We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia over $99. For orders under $99, please refer to below shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?

Please note during the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery of items is taking longer than expected. We are doing everything we can to get your Luxe Royale products to you as soon as possible, but we do appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Your items will be dispatched as soon as practicable after your order. Luxe Royale accepts no responsibility for unforeseen delays, however we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

It is estimated your delivery will arrive within 4-6 days.

Can I return an item?

We think you will love your Luxe Royale purchases, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange providing items meet the return conditions.

What are the return conditions?

No refunds or credits are offered for sale items. We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges on sale items, pending stock availability. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear bottoms or bodysuits.

Items should be returned unworn, in original condition and with original tags attached. Items not meeting this description will be refused a refund.

How do I return an item?

If your item meets the return conditions, please download, print and complete the Returns Form. Take your items and the Returns Form to your nearest post office and return to:

How long do I have to return an item?

For returns to be processed, please return your item within 14 days of receipt of your items.

Who pays for the cost of shipping returned items?

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be met by the customer, except in the case where an item is deemed faulty. We recommend choosing a traceable delivery method, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in transit, and no exchange or refund will be given if items are not received by us.

What if my items are faulty?

At Luxe Royale, we pride ourselves on offering quality products to our customers, however if your item is deemed faulty you are entitled to a replacement or refund as per Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at luxe@luxeroyale.com.au if you think you have received a faulty item and we will seek to rectify this as soon as possible.

How long does it take to return or exchange an item?

We aim to process your return or exchange within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
